Year 5 had the fantastic opportunity to be immersed in WW1. During the workshops we completed research and a quiz, played a game popular during WW1 and learnt about soldier’s uniforms and equipment (this involved trying to dress up a student in full gear). We also learnt about ‘life in the trenches’ and finally practicing drills.
